Use of the Service
The Service allows users to create logos using AI. As a digital product with cost involved, logos are available for purchase on a one-time basis and can't be refunded once created. Users are granted a license to use the logos created for personal or commercial use, including reselling the logos without prior written consent from MakeLogo.ai.
Modification and Discontinuation of Service
MakeLogo.ai reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any portion thereof, at any time without notice. MakeLogo.ai will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
MakeLogo.ai will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim, even if MakeLogo.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
